Dr. Payson Bynum
Chiropractor in Tyler
Dr. Payson Bynum discovered chiropractic while working for her high school cheer coach, a chiropractor who specialized in pediatric and perinatal care. At the time, she began receiving adjustments for frequent headaches she had always assumed were normal. As her headaches disappeared, she experienced firsthand how a well-functioning nervous system can impact health and quality of life.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Towson University before continuing her education at Life University, where she graduated summa cum laude and met her husband and practice partner, Dr. Matthew Bynum.
Dr. Payson is currently completing her CACCP through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and is nearing completion of her Webster Certification, focusing her care on pregnant mothers, infants, and growing families.
Known for her gentle and calming adjusting style, especially with cranial work, Dr. Payson has a unique ability to help the nervous system settle and regulate. Her greatest joy in practice is caring for infants and watching their eyes soften and brighten as their nervous system begins to function the way it was designed to.
